Doing the Most Good with the Salvation Army in Seaford, DE.

The Salvation Army joined with Studio 6mm in undertaking an ambitious renovation and expansion project in the community of Seaford in Delaware. Serving a diverse community reaching across one of Delaware’s largest counties, this new Family and Worship Center seeks to expand on the successes of the Corps’ current location while growing its ability to serve communities-in-need. The building program includes accommodations for worship, social services and outreach, community gatherings, and administrative spaces. A new commercial kitchen and multi-purpose / cafeteria space will augment the Corps’ outreach mission allowing the Center to feed the homeless, prepare meals for parishioners, and grow its congregation. This project was completed in 2017.
