3200 Kensington Avenue Apartments

Shift Capital engaged Studio 6mm to renovate six contiguous properties along Kensington Avenue immediately adjacent to the Allegheny Street stop on the Market Frankford El in Philadelphia’s Kensington Neighborhood. With easy access to this busy transportation node, the project offers 16 residential apartments and a number of newly renovated commercial storefronts for rent. Shift Capital provides the urban communities it invests in with employment, and other measurable social / economic impacts by acquiring and improving the existing real estate stock and re-tenanting those assets with businesses and individuals that share their common vision.
